Refund not done

I had done a transaction and failed due to technical glitch but the amount was debited and Paypal shows that the money was credited on the same date.

But it's been more than 30 days that I haven't still seen money reflected back to my account.

When I contacted customer service, they say that they have sent the money and contact bank for refund info using the reference number.

But my bank says that there is no such refund and they don't have any service related to tracking money using reference numbers.

Kindly help, what steps should I follow to get my money back.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
