Refund has not been received

Hello!

I have received refund on 2018 oct.31 as paypal says. But it is Nov.06. now and i hav not seen any money neither on my paypalbalance, nor on my bank card balance. What can i do? I have paye through paypal with 0$ balalnce with my credit card with goods and services. Again as the paypal says, the refund has been made but has not received on anything.

I have exactly same issue as you said. It shows that refund has been completed through paypal, but no money in paypal balance or bank account.
