Refund canceled

I paid a woman through PayPal for some wedding flowers she was selling on Facebook. The flowers never arrived so she issued a refund. Now it’s saying the refund was canceled. She said said it’s showing refunded on her end and she’s trying to contact customer service. What are some reasons it could be canceled and how can I make sure I get my money back?

I had 2 issues like this , refund was issued then cancelled . Paypal found both cases in my favor but have yet to honor their buyer protection and give me my money . They won't reply to messages sent , this has been going on for well over a month .

If she didn't have enough funds in her paypal balance or bank account to fund the refund then it would fail.

If she does not refund you then open a dispute for non receipt of item.
