my country is Egypt and i received payment before from up-work to my account successfully but now i can't....
I was trying to get paid on Upwork, but I keep getting emails that say that my payment of $... via PayPal account failed, and the money has been credited back to my Upwork account.
The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds. Could you please tell me where the problem might me? Thanks!
