Payment rejected

Until recently I have been able to periodically top up my Paypal balance via bank transfer from my linked bank.

Now these payments are being rejected.

However, the direct debit to settle the balance is still working fine.

My bank advises nothing wrong at their end so it is a Paypal issue.

I have re-checked the Paypal bank sort code and account

This has been going on for several days

What's going on and how do I fix it.

Hi kernowlass, and thanks for taking the time to respond.

I'm in the UK.

I've sorted the issue by deleting the payee and recreating it. This seemed to fix the issue (although the info used in the recreation was exactly the same...)

I guess I just put it down to just one of those irritating no-apparent-reason computer glitches....

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
