Refund Pending

My refund is pending after 5 business days. Spoken to 6 different customer reps, everyone says something different. Some says 1-5 business days. The others says 7-10 business days. The refund was done on Jan 13th. What are my options of getting my refund back. It was suppose to go back to my bank account. One of the rep said it went to my credit card account. The funds were taken out of bank account. He gave me a transaction id and told me to ask bank of america trace it. The bank told me they dont do that and its paypals assumption. What nonsense is this. Where the hell is my money and who has it.
