I have a refund due 5/2/21 now it says 10/2/21. I cannot enter resolution centre as it says something went wrong every time. I can find refund to a card but not to PayPal balance. A payment was not accepted by a seller so he refused the payment and sent it straight back. Is it normal for it to take over a week to get it refunded
