Hi. I made a payment over a week ago and the seller refused the payment and sent it straight back. Now it is sitting in my account pending. It did say it would be refunded on the 5th, when the 5th came the date changed to the 10th, now the 10th is here it's still pending. I cannot speak to anyone at all at paypal because they make it so difficult to contact them. Does anyone know how long a refund back to paypal balance should take. Thank you.
