Sold an item yesterday to a regular buyer - been on to print the packing slip today and there is now a refund showing? I have received no notifications from Paypal nor Ebay. The item is still showing as to be despatched on Ebay so I'm confused as this has never happened to me before?
I have messaged the buyer but he hasn't responded yet but I wanted to get it in the post for him today. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down under ''postage'' and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?

Hi - just logged back into Paypal and there are now 2 payments and 1 refund for the same item so not sure why that wasn't showing before - thanks anyway
