I want to add paypal as payment method in Rakuten Affiliate Nework.

But I can not. Rakuten supporters recommend me to ask Paypal for more details.

I sent 2 emails to paypal But I have got any feedbacks from Paypal (I sent mails based on this url: https://www.paypal.com/vn/smarthelp/contact-us)

Anywrong?
