I want to find out why my account cant receive any money? It is saying that the person cant access when a person tries to send. Please help! Thanks.

Because not all features are available for all PayPal accounts in the world. Some countries can send and receive, can only buy online. Zambia accounts cannot receive payments, only buy online.

Can Nigeria receive money on PayPal
