Received Payment, but Not Showing in Balance

I had someone send me a payment earlier as F/F and it says that it is completed on both of our ends, but the funds aren't showing up in my balance. I tried reaching out to PP, but they are swamped. Is this normal? Help?!

I had 2 payments missing from my balance this morning.  They've added one but not the other.  They added the later of the two transactions so far.  Like everyone else my balance is still not yet correct and the incident page still reports an ongoing issue.

Yes, it’s a known issue since 10AM EST today. Was told earlier that all would be resolved today, but just talked to PayPal support and it could take up to 72 hours.  Mine is a merchant account and we are missing nearly $3k in today’s sales.

Happy I found this thread so I know I'm not the only one this is happening to today. I've been trying to contact PayPal all day (through chat and phone) and can't get any help. I received a payment this morning, got the email and can see it in My Activity but the money is not reflected in my balance.

I was told 7 hours ago it would be fixed in 4 hours, so another words are no hurry and they don't care

I received a payment at around 11:30 today, and it's been 9 hours and my balance still shows zero dollars. I've been using PayPal for years, and this is the first issue I've had like this. I called a representative from PayPal and they acknowledged the issue I was having, but all they gave me was some vague response on how they are going to fix it and I'll have my money soon. I was planning on using the money to bid on an eBay auction that I was watching, but the auction ended before I could get my cash. This is EXTREMELY frustrating!!

I found the number on the PayPal app on my phone. Waited about 20 minutes for them to pick up, and the lady who 'Helped' me said she forwarded my account info to a higher up and the issue would be fixed sometime soon. The call lasted 3 minutes max as she was really eager to get me off the phone. How can a company this large have an issue of this scale? You have people who make a living selling things online, and when you withhold their rightfully deserved funds you mess with their livelihood. This is beyond ridiculous!!
