None of that matters. The only thing that matters is your business classification.  They are either loaning to your industry or not.  I got a PPWC loan in January, paid off within 4 months.  Cannot get another one despite the fact that our business revenue is up 80% year over year and that I have never missed a payment.  We run 80K per WEEK through our merchant PayPal account.  No one at PPWC can tell you why....or how it works.  It is all about the algorithm and if they identify your industry as one that is struggling, you won't get approved.    ... Same here. No rhyme or reason. They ask my date of birth, if my biz is a Corp or Sole Proprietor. I guess they see I’m a female, over 50 and all of a sudden my “industry” is not eligible. I’ve called, asked for clarification but get no answers. I don’t even know why they are staffing the PPWC department. They have zero insight and absolutely no answers. I was able to get a $145K loan back in January.  Paid off within 4 months.  Been declined ever since.  No one, and I mean no one at that office has any idea what is happening.  It is a waste of time and energy to even call.  I just keep getting 'your industry is not eligible' codes, which is hilarious, since my industry was eligible a few months ago.  No one knows what the hell they are doing there, and the lack of transparency is laugha[Removed. I have spent the last 3 days on the phone with PWC.  They have my business classified as stenography services.  I own a high volume executive resume firm.  We work with Fortune 50 leaders and have 85K a week in revenue running through PayPal.  As we are expanding and growing, I wanted to take advantage of PWC but get the 'your industry is not eligible' decline code.  I called, said you have me 'mis-classified' and they said 'typing services' are classified as stenography. I laughed.  We are NOT a typing service, but they would not change the classification to what we really are, which is professional services or consulting.  So, I asked, if this classification was what was keeping me from getting the line, and was told yes.  But they will not change it.  Millions in transactions since working with PayPal for 20 years, millions in fees paid to them.  But I am apparently not a good candidate.  So there you have it.   ...
