Received Payment, but Not Showing in Balance

I had someone send me a payment earlier as F/F and it says that it is completed on both of our ends, but the funds aren't showing up in my balance. I tried reaching out to PP, but they are swamped. Is this normal? Help?!

Are paypal having any problems at the moment?

Some payment I am receiving are showing in my transaction history but not in my balance.

The ones that I am showing and withdrawn say pending even though they are not under review.

Yet I withdrew a test amount of £0.12 and it instantly hit my bank account.... Weird

Same with me! It worked earlier today, but now - nothing. I guess it's a glitch and hopefully they're on it already.

I'm having the same problem right now. I've received two payments today (one this morning and one this afternoon), and although the funds for the first payment went through into my balance okay this morning, I haven't had the funds in my balance for the payment I received this afternoon yet, so it must be a glitch in the system that's occurred in the past few hours.

It's more like the programming department have fiddled with the algorithm and **bleep** everyones payments up

I've just had the same problem. Saying payment has been received in my activity but my balance hasn't changed?
