Received Payment, but Not Showing in Balance

I had someone send me a payment earlier as F/F and it says that it is completed on both of our ends, but the funds aren't showing up in my balance. I tried reaching out to PP, but they are swamped. Is this normal? Help?!

I also need the money now. I was supposed to withdraw it when I received the notif, but damn Paypal! I couldn't even get someone from Customer Service.

I received money last week and it hit my account within seconds, I’ve never had an issue. This is complete bs! They should already have this fixed

Hello. I have a problem my money is missing. I received a payment from Mr. A, it shows in activity, but it does not show in balance. I don’t have any payment due and I haven’t bought anything. I checked on the transaction details, there is no out going payment. I downloaded the activity reports, it shows that the payment is received/completed, and no outgoing payment. But the money is simply not there in the balance. The money is not in Pending Mode.

NOTE: I received a new payment from new buyer after the transaction with Mr. A,  and balance is showing the exact amount of the new payment. The only thing that the balance is missing is the money from Mr. A.

I have no idea what happened. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

I have the same issue. Did you manage to resolve it? If you do, please reply to let us know how it was fixed! I'm missing almost £100 😞

I received a payment but the money isn't showing in my balance although my activity shows a completed transaction.
