Problem with the pay

When I want to make a payment, I get the following message:
  • Your card issuer can’t validate your <Removed>. Please add a different card to complete your paymentI tried 2 cards and you can not pay

When you added the card did you verify it with the 4 digit code sent to your card statement?

Does the billing address of the card match the address on your paypal account?

No card added. Just randomly started getting sms on my mobile providing temp security codes. 5digit codes that expire in 5min. Oh yeah tks for ur response!
