Problem with paypal&bank

They still didn't help me, I wrote and called and still nothing. I have a confirmed bank account, I paid with PayPal a month ago. But now, when I want to pay via PayPal, I get a window that I don't have a bank account and I need to add it. I enter the bank account details and a window appears that I already have a bank account. I've been trying for a week and still nothing.

Try clicking to delete cookies / history and then rebooting or try another device or browser.

@kernowlass Still nothing, i did it but again.. "Please add a bank or card to complete your purchase."
