Pre-authorization Charges

Hi , i tried to buy something online , so i paid using paypal , the amount got deducted but the order didn't go through . I have to pay again now for the order to complete. Why did it charge me twice. Will i get my money back ?

You’ll get the money back for the failed order when the preauthorization expires in up to 30 days.
