Hi,

How do you actually get to speak to a customer representative at paypal?

this is very important as my bank account is being drained of money and can't stop it from happening and have no contact information.

Please help!!

You may reach us through logging in to your PayPal account and then click on " Contact Us " 

We currently have limited customer service staffing so wait times may be longer.
