Hi, My partner would like to send me money not for any kind of payment, bur more like a remittance. He's an American living in South Korea, and whenever he tries to do it, it didn't give him any options for "Personal payment". When I contacted a chat representative here, they confirmed that Personal Payment IS ALLOWED in South Korea. Please help me guys.
