Hello, I have requested a payment for an item off a buyer
there is nothing on my account to state this has been received- just the amount I requested and pending at the side, I contacted the buyer who said I need to confirm my email which I have done but there is still nothing showing, the buyer has insisted they have sent me the money, all my account details are correct and the email address is correct but there is nothing showing, can anyone help please
