I sold something on Ebay and the customer returned it. I am trying to issue a refund using my credit card as the preferred method. My credit card is fine and in good standing. PP keeps telling me that I have to add funds to my PP acct. in order to issue refund. Why won't they let me use my CC to issue refund?
