I have just sold an item and the buyer paid through paypal but when I log on to paypal there is nothing there, I doubled check to make sure i had the right email linked and I so I dont know what is going on can anyone help please
Have you received payments before? Is your email address confirmed? If so, please double check the email you received in regards to the payment to ensure it is truly from PayPal. Here's an article from our Help Center on how to tell if an email is genuinely from PayPal.
