Paypal credit option with dell

Hello,

yesterday i made a purchase with dell (UK) and there were pypal credit option https://www.dell.com/learn/uk/en/ukepp2s/campaigns/paypal-credit-faq

so i chose that option, filled everything etc. Done the purchase confirmed etc and somehow paypal tried to take the whole amoint from my bank account which of course faile due to not sufficient funds.

so i am super lost here. Contacted dell customer support, they do not see any order confirmation, and all i have now it dell purchase acknowledgement email

i definetly chose paypal credit option it said 0% per 12months etc but as per insructions there were no agreement sent to me which i needed to accept etc.

please help me

Hi @Ausri_ne,

I'm sorry to hear that the payment was not made with the payment method that you would have preferred. It looks like your account is in Lithuania. PayPal Credit is not available in all markets. The payment could only have been made using a payment method that you have on your account, or one added at the time of the payment.
