I have several elderly clients that want to pay for my services through the <removed> - but they do not have a bankcard. Is it easy for them to pay through the paypal account with a direct deposit from their Bank or Savings Account.

Hello @pawshakestawell,
Welcome to our Community Forums, thank you for reaching out on our mutual customer's behalf. Our customers should be able to send you money with relative ease. If they only have a bank on file, the payment will most likely come as an eCheck. eChecks normally take around 3-5 business days to fully clear into the recipient's (your) account as it has to fully clear the bank first. I've included a few resources below I think will assist our customers in sending you payments.
How do I link a bank account to my PayPal account?
I hope that helps!

nk you miss the pint here - First of all I am in Australia. Most of these client do not have a paypal account and simply want to use the link I send them of <removed> They click on the link and send me the funds for boarding fees for their dog. They may only use this link once or twice a year, and do not wnt a Paypal account fo themeselves. Thwey tell me when they click on the link they can only pay by credit card, and most of these elderly cleints dont like using credit cards on the internet bvut prefer to lodge funds from their Bank account or savings account. CAN THIS BE DONE without any problems.

Hello @pawshakestawell,
If they do not have a card, they will not be able to use a PayPal.me link. If a user wants to send you funds via PayPal with just their bank info (not a card #), they would have to create an account to do so. My apologies for not explaining that further in detail bit earlier.
I hope that clears everything up,
- Jon K
