Payment recipient in Canada not seeing transaction

Hi--

 

I have a U.S. Personal Paypal account. I sent some money to an email in Canada, which wasn't linked to a Paypal account.

 

The recipient has now linked the email account with their Paypal account but can't access the funds.

 

On my end, it shows as money sent, has left my bank account already, and I can't cancel the transaction.

 

Please help!
