Payment pending

I sent my friend in Australia money yesterday morning and converted it to ASD, the money has been taken out of my bank account but on his PayPal account it says “pending”, how do I fix this?

How did you send it ie which paypal option did you select when you clicked to send money.

Are you sure you selected AUD in the drop down box for currency when you sent it?

Thanks for the reply! I used the send to friend option and paid it directly with my card as I had my money in my PayPal account and I selected AUD so his account says he’s received 120 AUD and that my payments been sent but it still says pending on both of our accounts
