Hello, I have recieved 8 euros from my friend and I can't spend them. If I try to make a payment for Spotify Premium it asks me to add a Credit Card and now it just redirects me to https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/summary/
I also have some money sent from a company for selling good that are on hold.
