Hey guys! I’ve recently sold something on Depop and I got the email confirming the purchase but the payment from the girl isn’t showing up on my summary. My email and account is confirmed and my email is also matching to the email in my Depop account. What should I do?

Did you receive a PayPal payment email confirmation?
Either the buyer is faking that they've paid or your email address wrong, or payment is stuck somewhere in PayPal so you'll need to speak with customer service in that case:
To contact customer service for assistance:
- Log on.
- Click HELP at the top menu.
- Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
- Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
If contact early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep or someone that can answer, at this point with the virus situation.
