Payment to Thunes not processed

Hello guys, it's been 3 days since I withdrew cash from PayPal to my mpesa account. The following days it's been saying 'oops, sorry the withdrawal cannot be processed. Please contact... ' I have no issues like dispute over there. Helpe out
