Payment marked completed, but not received

I sent a friend of mine some money. On my end, the payment says it has been "completed". But when I asked him if he received the payment, he has not. I also have not received an e-mail receipt. Unfortunately the site only has "report unauthorized use" as its only option. I don't know what to do here.

If you only have the unauthorised option then it sounds as if you sent the payment as friends / family?
If so then double check the email address you sent it to and make sure it went to your 'friend'.
Are you sure they are real friends only scammers tell you to send that way and then pretend not to have received it as they know you have 0 buyer protection for sending that way.
