Hello! I already have my Bank account linked to my PayPal but I can't pay anything with this account. I am trying to order something and pay a membership that I have and I can pay only if I add another payment method. I had a negative balance for like a week but now I added money through a credit card and my balance is now okay? What is happening?

If you had a negative balance caused by a failed bank transfer then paypal sometimes stop you using that funding source.

This is because when you pay from your bank account its never instant, paypal credit the seller upfront and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer but they only take that risk if you haven't had a failed transfer, if you have then they may request you use a 'safer' (for Paypal) payment funding source ie a credit card.
