Hi, good day. I am currently trying to sell something on EBay, and my customer is trying to send me the money. However, he is getting a message stating that "To comply with government regulations, your transaction has been declined."
How can I solve this?

Your country has a requirement to set up automatic transfers of your PayPal balance:
https://www.paypal.com/tt/webapps/mpp/ua/recpymt-full?locale.x=en_TT
Please link a Visa credit card to your PayPal account for PayPal automatic monthly withdrawals of the PayPal balance, otherwise, you cannot receive payments.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
