Hi I have very recently made a purchase which amounted to $22.95,the item I purchased was $3usd and I have been charged $19.99 for postage which was not revealed until they sent the order com formation and my PayPal payment details,it was only a small item which would cost no more than a normal letter to post ,can you offer me any help with this matter.
