Payment Status: Pending. What do I do?

Hi.

I paid for a VPS hosting by paypal yesterday. On paypal, the payment status shows pending. It's been more than 24 hours now, and still it hasn't been resolved. Please, what do I do?  Transaction ID: 7C6287527Y4485322

The seller has not captured payment yet. They have 3 days to capture payment to be guaranteed to be paid so it should clear from pending by then.
