Payment Rejected

I tried to purchase from Casetify using Paypal as a payment method but rejected with the notification "cannot verify the payment amount please retry" I tried and didnt work. I use another card, from another bank, change my account but still got the same notification. I called both the bank and Casetify as a merchant but they say theres no problem. Anyone experience the same with me? Pls help

I'm sorry to hear you're running into an error when trying to make a purchase. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, trying a different web browser, or another device. It sounds like there may be a connection error when you're sending the payment. If needed, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
