While raising my refund request to a claim PayPal accidentally changed the amount to 0. Now they are saying it will take a few days to change it back. What should I do in the meanwhile? Is there any possibility I won’t get my money back???

Hi @FMIrwin,
I'm sorry to hear that the refund amount was changed to 0. I'm not familiar with a situation where that would occur without it being directly edited. The seller could potentially accept the zero amount and that would close out the claim.
If you've been in communication with customer service to attempt to change the requested amount, I would recommend following up on that communication. It sounds like there is someone working to resolve this for you.
I hope this can be resolved quickly for you!
Olivia
