Hello its my first time here and I need some advice please, I recently sold an item on ebay and the buyer does not like it so I have agreed for him to send it back and I will refund him but after looking at my PayPal account the exact same amount that I will be refunding him with has now turned red with a minus sign, does anyone know why this is and will I be charged twice?
