PayPal: Internal Error We don't seem to be able to process your request right now.

After verifying the OTP from bank to Cancel automatic payments from Uber, i get the following message

PayPal: Internal Error

We don't seem to be able to process your request right now. Please try again later.

"

Kindly do the needful.
