My refund was handled in less than 5 minutes by Go Daddy
My bank took the money from my account and paid PayPal
Paypal shows the refund as pending and the transaction as completed but WON'T LET GO OF MY MONEY TO PUT IT IN MY BANK
I am a victim of domestic abuse. A drunk deliberately tried to wipe me out financially. These agents are robots.
There is absolutely no reason for this much less to add to such harm to a human when all the PayPal ads promote using it is like dealing with a bank. NO. Not even a merchant
