Pay After Delivery not working?

Hi,

I am wondering is anyone else getting problems with Pay After Delivery? I have tried to use it the other day but it is no longer appearing up not even on eBay. It was working for me the other week without any problems but when I tried to buy something recently I am not getting that option anymore. I have checked my account and it is still active but all the sites I use no longer has it as an option so I am wondering has anyone else has this problem?

This reply is very helpful as I couldn’t reach PayPal via normal routes like message or phone. They appear to have closed all methods of communication with users. This is not good business practice and hope situation is corrected soon. I also like pay after delivery as at least the option was their or change payment method. Thanks

I too have had PAD activated until about a month ago but now all purchases are immediate and there seems to be no way to alter that in settings.
Also I cannot contact PayPal directly so that is actually totally ridiculous and unprofessional of them.
