One Touch is not enabled on my account. However, l have just made a purchase and it went straight through without a prompt for my password etc. I contacted PayPal and the assistant was pleasant but had no explanation and was unconcerned, “probably a one off”. . I am disturbed by this . I do not want one touch ever
