I attempted to purchase items from, Kitchenaid and Avon. Both sites when attempting to pay by PayPal after redirecting to PayPal approving payment both sites did not complete transactions just went back to vender site and cart was empty but not ordered? Question is it on PayPal side oronline stores? Thanks for any guidance.
