New account flagged, impossible to verify card

Hi! So I've just created a new paypal account for a payment. I added a disposable virtual card (Revolut) because I thought it would be safer, and made the payment. It's been 7 days and the payment is still 'pending' because as I just found out, my account has been 'flagged', probably because it detected that I used a disposable card. It's asking me to confirm the card or provide a statement for the card, except I can't do any of that since the card doesn't exist anymore. I can't add a new card either, since I'm flagged. I haven't found a way to contact the support directly, and the money for the payment has already been taken from my bank account... do any of you know what I should do? Thanks!
