I sent 1650 RUB “Russian money” He didn’t received it! And paypal took the money from my Visa !? Is it take a few day to send the money or what is the problem?

Hello @Ikhalidx, 

Does the payment status show as 'Completed' or 'Pending' in the PayPal account? If it shows as 'Completed' this means that the payment did transfer. 

If the payment status is 'Pending' it's likely the receiver doesn't have their PayPal account set up to receive payments.
