i had made a payment to imageline.com and I was charged through my card and it didn't happened to the site or to the Paypal, what can I do..?

I understand you are concerned about a payment. When you login to your PayPal account and make a payment you will be able to see a transaction listed under the activity log and confirmation email will be sent.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Did you pay as a guest? If so, you would not be able to see the transaction on your PayPal account history. If you need to open a dispute on that transaction I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. If you just need a status update on your order, I'd recommend reaching out to the merchant directly.
