Despite the fact that I have balance in my PayPal account when I try to send money to my cousin it just keeps showing a spinning wheel and then nothing happens. I get a message telling me that transaction can not be completed at this time so I should try later. This really frustrating as this has been going on for hours now
I'm sorry to hear of the trouble sending a payment. It sounds like our internal security system is blocking the payment from processing. Generally, allowing 24-48 hours to pass before trying again resolves any issues. Are you still experiencing an issue sending a payment?
