Yo so every stinking time I try to use my PayPal card to purchase ANYTHING online it refuses to register my card number, but in person ATM's, over the counter, chip reader, sending and receiving, these all work fine. What's my problem here ?? I'm freakin out about this man you gotta help me out! This or send me a new freakin card! GRRRR !!!! 🤬
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
