My PayPal account declines payments received from gumroad

Gumroad is not able to send me money.. And I received the following email:

I see we tried paying you out 8 hours ago but this address also didn't work. PayPal didn't give us an error code so I'm not sure what's going on. Could you try contacting PayPal support and ask why you can't receive payouts from us?

Cud anyone help me please.
