Money not received from international freelancing site.

I tried to withdrawn money in USD from coursehero ( online tutoring site ) but money not credited to my account even after a week. I contacted them , they said your " Paypal has denied transaction ". What's the problem . I am new to paypal and having a normal account. Please help regardig what needs to be done.
